The business manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The business manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.



Our administrator is responsible for processing insurance reports, holiday cancellation forms and arranging private medical examinations. She will also occasionally perform receptionist duties.




Our receptionists are charged with the task of trying to meet the demands of both doctors and patients. Please do not be offended if you are asked to provide some brief information about your problems as this allows the staff to help you to the best of their ability. All information is held in the strictest confidence.
